E Ink Breaks Ground on Expansion of R & D Headquarters
Billerica, MA— E Ink, a leading ePaper technology company, recently held a groundbreaking for an expansion of its U. S. headquarters campus, adding to the footprint of its Billerica Innovation Center.
The expanded facility will provide a new workspace intended to inspire collaboration and accelerate advancements in ePaper applications. E Ink spun out of the MIT Media Lab in 1997 and has since made Billerica its U. S. headquarters. The campus is home to more than 260 employees and serves as a key global R & D center.

Construction is expected to be completed by March 2027, with support from NV5 Planning & Design, Inc., IF Design LLC, and SPEC Process Engineering & Construction, Inc.
