Hartford, CT – Amenta Emma Architects announced the promotion of Alexis Hoff, AIA, NOMA to associate and Thomas Barker, AIA, CPHC to senior associate.
Hoff joined Amenta Emma in May 2019 and currently works remotely from Ohio. The firm’ s representatives say she has been instrumental in advancing the firm’ s values through her dedication to the JEDI( Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) and Sustainability teams, serving as JEDI team leader during its inaugural year in 2020.

Dakota Stender, based in the company’ s Williston, Vt. office, has been promoted from project manager to senior project manager. Since joining DEW nearly five years ago, the firm’ s representatives say that he has played a crucial role in delivering multiple highprofile, successful projects throughout the region, and he consistently leads teams through complex construction challenges with confidence and clarity.
In his expanded role, Stender will oversee the planning and execution of DEW’ s more technically challenging projects, from preconstruction through closeout. He will continue mentoring project management staff while ensuring quality, schedule adherence, safety performance, cost control, and client satisfaction.

Roy resentatives say he has strengthened the preconstruction team, and he consistently delivers accurate, analytical, and thorough estimates. His work has supported informed decision-making for DEW’ s clients and project teams in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Massachusetts.
In his new role, Roy will continue maintaining strong client relationships while expanding his leadership within the preconstruction team. His responsibilities will include generating new subcontractor engagement, preparing detailed estimates, developing thorough scopes of work, and coordinating DEW’ s overall estimating efforts.

PROCON Announces Promotions
Hooksett, NH – PROCON announced a series of leadership promotions and retirements effective Jan. 1 as part of a deliberate succession plan that reinforces the firm’ s executive team and ensures continued leadership stability under Chief Executive Officer John Stebbins, the fourth generation of the Stebbins family, to lead the firm.
Three long-tenured executives retired on Dec. 31, 2025. Lance Bennett, formerly co-president and most recently senior construction advisor, retired after more than 41 years with the company. David Raiche, formerly senior vice president of field operations and most recently senior construction advisor, retired after 45 years of service. James“ Jim” Loft, AIA, president, retired after 29 years with PROCON.
“ These individuals are truly PROCON legends,” Stebbins said.“ Lance, Dave, and Jim dedicated their careers to building not only exceptional projects, but also strong teams, trusted client relationships, and the collaborative culture that defines PROCON today. Their impact will be felt for generations.”
PROCON also announced that James Grant, P. E. has been promoted to chief operating officer, where he will oversee day-to-day operations across the company. Grant brings 20 years of industry experience and a strong background in construction management, cost control, and project execution. He joined PRO- CON four years ago.
Michael Yeatman has been promoted to chief construction officer and will lead all construction operations, including project management, field operations, safety, purchasing, and field support.
Grant Yeatman has been with PROCON for 15 years and brings more than two decades of industry experience, with deep expertise across education, commercial, hospitality, multifamily housing, aviation, and industrial markets.
North Branch Promotes Three

Trevor Colarusso has been promoted to project superintendent, where he will oversee on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Erik Anderson, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP has been promoted to chief design & engineering officer, overseeing PROCON’ s design division, including architecture, interior design, structural engineering, MEP engineering, construction administration, and quality control. Anderson has been with PROCON for 20 years and brings more than 30 years of industry experience. He is a licensed architect in multiple states and a LEED-accredited professional.
