Hoff joined Amenta Emma in May 2019 and currently works remotely from Ohio. Hooksett, NH – PROCON announced a series of leadership promotions and retirements effective Jan. 1 as part of a deliberate succession plan that reinforces the firm’ s executive team and ensures continued leadership stability under Chief Executive Officer John Stebbins, the fourth generation of the Stebbins family, to lead the firm.

Three long-tenured executives retired on Dec. 31, 2025. Lance Bennett, formerly co-president and most recently senior construction advisor, retired after more than 41 years with the company. David Raiche, formerly senior vice president of field operations and most recently senior construction advisor, retired after 45 years of service. James“ Jim” Loft, AIA, president, retired after 29 years with PROCON.

Michael Yeatman has been promoted to chief construction officer and will lead all construction operations, including project management, field operations, safety, purchasing, and field support.

Grant Yeatman has been with PROCON for 15 years and brings more than two decades of industry experience, with deep expertise across education, commercial, hospitality, multifamily housing, aviation, and industrial markets.
