DiPrete Raises Over $ 16K for Alzheimer’ s Support

Cranston, RI – On May 27, DiPrete Engineering hosted its annual DiPrete & Greet: Remember the Reason event at Circe Prime in Cranston.
The evening was dedicated to raising awareness and funds for Alzheimer’ s care and research. The event brought together colleagues, clients, and friends in support of the Hope Alzheimer’ s Center in Cranston, which provides services to families and individuals facing the challenges of Alzheimer’ s disease. Over $ 16,000 was raised during the event.

After decades of philanthropic efforts supporting a variety of causes, DiPrete Engineering launched DiPrete & Greet in 2025 with the goal of creating a signature event that not only fosters professional connections but also drives tangible support for organizations making a difference. With continued growth in participation and fundraising efforts, the event has become an annual tradition for the firm and its partners.

Cynthia G. and John F. Fish Donate $ 20M to Cape Cod Healthcare

Hyannis, MA – Cape Cod Healthcare Foundation announced that Cape Cod Healthcare has received a $ 20 million charitable donation from Cynthia G. and John F. Fish. The gift is the singlelargest contribution to date for the health system and was granted with the purpose of improving patient care and patient experience to further Cape Cod Healthcare’ s mission to provide the highest-quality, accessible health services which enhance the lives of all Cape Cod residents and visitors.
The donation will help to fund new initiatives across the system focused on elder care, as well as overall patient care and expanded access for the community. In recognition of this support, the campus of Cape Cod Hospital will be known as the Cynthia G. and John F. Fish Campus at Cape Cod Hospital.
