North Branch Announces New Hires

Concord, NH – North Branch Construction recently announced the addition of three new employees.
Cain Gosselin joins as project superintendent, bringing over 20 years of construction experience in scheduling, estimating, subcontractor coordination, and field leadership. The firm’ s representatives say he has a proven ability to manage all aspects of project execution, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and in full compliance with plans, specifications, and local codes.
Jordan Temple joins as safety specialist, bringing more than 15 years of experience in construction safety management. His background includes conducting site inspections, developing safety protocols, and delivering safety training. Temple holds a Bachelor of Science in safety studies from Keene State College.
Rachel Walker joins the team as field administrator, bringing strong administrative and operational support experience, with skills in inventory management, order processing, customer service, and coordination with vendors and mechanics. Representatives of the company say her attention to detail and ability to keep complex processes running smoothly make her a valuable addition to the team.
The firm also announced that Susane Gilbert, project manager and principal of the firm, has been appointed as an alternate member of the Associated Builders and Contractors of New Hampshire and Vermont( ABC NH / VT) board of directors. Gilbert has 25 years of experience in architecture, construction, custom home design, and community development. She joined North Branch Construction in 2022

Gilbert and became a principal in 2025. She is a LEED Green Associate and an active member of the New Hampshire chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction Mulleavey( NAWIC).
Additionally, Christopher Mulleavey, project superintendent, has been appointed as vice-chairman of the ABC NH / VT Young Professionals Board( ABC NH / VT YPG). Mulleavey joined North Branch Construction in 2021 as a carpenter and was promoted to foreman in 2023 and then to project superintendent in 2024. Today, he plays a key role in guiding project teams and supporting the next generation of builders.

Chris Huston has been promoted to executive vice president. In his expanded role, Huston will provide firm-wide strategic direction, focusing on preconstruction, business development, and organizational performance for the approximately 80-employee construction management firm. He will continue to support client engagement and project delivery. Huston has led ReArch’ s preconstruction efforts for more than six years.

Kurt Naser has joined ReArch as vice president of preconstruction, effective April 20, 2026. He succeeds Huston in leading the company’ s preconstruction team.
Naser brings experience in preconstruction management, cost estimating, and project planning, including conceptual budgeting, guaranteed maximum price development, value engineering, and constructability analysis. He was recognized as a Rising Star by Vermont Business Magazine in 2025.
