West Bridgewater, Mass. – Haynes Group recently completed a 21,000sf office renovation for a confidential client. All office walls were removed and rebuilt to accommodate a new layout, with new flooring, ceilings, and lighting installed throughout. A custom light installation that winds through the office became one of the defining elements of the finished environment.

Delivering the new workplace required close collaboration between the client, design and construction teams, and the many trades involved. Channel Lead Paul Bedard and Senior Superintendent Aaron Johnson coordinated the work for Haynes.

The client’ s experience speaks to the value of that approach:“ I had the pleasure of working with Haynes while building our new corporate office. This project was especially important to us, as it represented an opportunity to bring the office up to our current company standards. From the beginning, we were operating on a very aggressive schedule, and the Haynes team, especially Aaron Johnson, embraced the challenge with professionalism and enthusiasm. If I could do another project with Haynes and have Aaron at the helm, I would do it in a heartbeat.”

For more than 25 years, Haynes has built its reputation on the experience, coordination, and attention to detail that help clients bring their spaces to life. Across all channels, the approach remains consistent: understand the client’ s goals, manage the details, and deliver quality work from preconstruction through closeout. That commitment is grounded in Haynes’ core values and practice standards— people first, accountability, accuracy, integrity, and empathy.
