NEWTON, MA- M. O’ Connor Contracting, Inc.( MOCC) has completed the renovation and expansion of Horace Mann Elementary School, which will welcome students for the 2026- 27 school year as the company celebrates its 50th anniversary.
The milestone project brings together three qualities that have shaped MOCC since 1976: experienced people, long-term relationships, and a commitment to building facilities that serve Massachusetts communities for generations.
