Inspired early by her father’ s career in manufacturing, Elizabeth developed an interest in STEM that led her to pursue an engineering-focused education. She earned a Bachelor of Science in architectural engineering technology from Vermont State University( formerly Vermont Technical College) and a Master

of Arts in civil engineering from Norwich University, preparing her for a career in construction estimating.
Elizabeth thrives in collaborative environments and is especially drawn to preconstruction, where projects begin on paper and take shape through thoughtful planning and coordination. She believes women bring organization, curiosity, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset that strengthens teams across both office and field settings. In 2025, she completed the Associated Builders and Contractors NH / VT Future Leaders in Construction program, further strengthening her leadership skills and industry knowledge.
