Flow Tech Receives New England ESOP Company of the Year Award
South Windsor, CT – Flow Tech, Inc. announced it has been named the New England ESOP Company of the Year by The ESOP Association New England Chapter.
The award recognizes companies that demonstrate an exceptional commitment to employee ownership through strong employee communication, active participation in The ESOP Association, and a deep dedication to the principles of employee participation, wealth creation, and individual dignity and worth. The award honors ESOP companies that not only maintain a financially sound and well-established Employee Stock Ownership Plan but also foster a culture where employee owners understand their impact on the success of the business and share in the value they help create.
