PROCON Leaders Join NH Boards
Hooksett, NH— PROCON announced that several members of its leadership team have been appointed to board positions across New Hampshire.
Erik Anderson, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, has been appointed to the board of directors of AIA New Hampshire, the state chapter of the American Institute of Architects. The organization advocates for the value of architecture and supports architects through education, public outreach, and professional development.
Ben Saturley, senior vice president of field operations, has joined the board of directors of Bring Back the Trades, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting careers in the skilled trades, empowering the next generation of skilled tradespeople and addressing workforce shortages. Through education, advocacy, and outreach, the organization connects the next generation with meaningful career opportunities and scholarships.
Michael Yeatman, chief construction officer at PROCON, has been appointed to the board of directors of Associated Builders and Contractors( ABC) New Hampshire / Vermont. ABC is a national trade association representing the merit shop construction industry, advocating for workforce development, safety, and fair competition.

Newton, MA – Elaine Construction announced the promotion of Kris Leonard to executive vice president of preconstruction and planning, and the addition of Kelly O’ Connor as business development manager.
Leonard joined Elaine Construction in 2012 as director of preconstruction and estimating, bringing with him decades of experience in construction management across institutional, cultural, and commercial sectors nationwide. In his expanded role as executive vice president, he will provide strategic leadership across all preconstruction and planning operations, playing a central role in the firm’ s continued growth and the delivery of exceptional preconstruction services to Elaine’ s clients.

ReArch Construction Welcomes Three
South Burlington, VT— ReArch Construction announced the addition of three professionals to its growing team: Shannon Spaulding as estimating coordinator, Jeff Gregory as project manager II, and Amanda Savage as director of business development.
In her role, Spaulding will support the estimating team throughout the preconstruction phase, assisting with project coordination, documentation, and internal communication to help ensure a seamless transition from preconstruction to construction.
