Zachary Bogacz has been promoted to general superintendent. Representatives of BW Kennedy say that, since joining the firm in 2023, he has been instrumental in the successful planning and execution of projects across the company’ s portfolio and that, with more than 10 years of construction experience, he has consistently demonstrated strong leadership in the field, a commitment to safety, and an ability to build lasting relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams. They add that, as general superintendent, Bogacz will provide leadership and oversight across multiple project teams while helping maintain the high standards that define BW Kennedy. He maintains a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor’ s License.
Stasha Greenalch has been promoted to senior project manager. The company’ s representatives say that, since joining the company in 2018 as an assistant project manager, Greenalch has played an integral role in the successful delivery of a wide range of projects, including life science, core & shell, and tenant fit-out work, and that her strong leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to client success have made her a valued member of the team. George Budri has been promoted to director of marketing. Since joining BW Kennedy in 2024, he has played a key role in elevating the company’ s brand presence, marketing strategy, and business development initiatives. Through multimedia content creation, digital campaigns, project storytelling, event marketing, and thought leadership efforts, he has helped strengthen BW Kennedy’ s visibility throughout the Greater Boston construction and life sciences markets. As director of marketing, Budri will continue leading marketing efforts while advancing strategic growth initiatives, AI-powered marketing solutions, digital workflows, and business development support.
