PROCON Announces Promotions
Hooksett, NH – PROCON announced it has promoted six to key leadership positions. The promotions strengthen the firm’ s executive team and ensure continued leadership stability under Chief Executive Officer John Stebbins, the fourth-generation Stebbins family member to lead the firm.
Mike Lawrence, AIA, NCARB, has been promoted to vice president – architecture & engineering after 13 years at PROCON. With over 27 years of industry design experience, he will lead the private aviation and senior living design studios at the firm. Lawrence has played a critical role in advancing PROCON’ s architectural practice, leading high-performing teams and delivering innovative, client-focused design solutions.
Justin Zeimetz has been promoted to vice president of preconstruction with over 20 years of experience in the AEC industry. In this role, Zeimetz will oversee and manage PROCON’ s Preconstruction Department, which encompasses quality control, cost estimating, & purchasing. Zeimetz has consistently strengthened PROCON’ s preconstruction services through strategic planning, cost control, and a collaborative approach that organizes and prepares projects for success.
Kent Beirne, AIA has been promoted to senior vice president – architecture & engineering entering his 21st year of service at PROCON. He has over 36 years of experience in the AEC industry. He will continue to lead the hospitality design studio, which, under Beirne’ s leadership, has been instrumental in shaping PROCON’ s integrated architecture and engineering platform, fostering innovation and technical excellence across complex project types.
Christopher Lizotte, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, has been promoted to senior vice president – architecture & engineering, leading the multifamily residential and commercial office design studios. Lizotte continues to elevate PROCON’ s multidisciplinary design capabilities, championing sutainable, high-performance solutions and strong client partnerships.

Pelton senior vice president of field operations and has been with PROCON for 19 years. In his new role, Saturley is responsible for all PROCON field staff and site logistics for all of the firm’ s construction projects. While maintaining a safe worksite for all employees, subcontractors and site visitors, he ensures maintenance of all project schedules. He also oversees the warranty process, ensuring clients receive the best possible experience throughout their project lifecycle.
Tracey Pelton has been promoted to senior vice president of marketing and corporate affairs, and has worked at PROCON for 12 years. She has 25 years of experience in the AEC industry. Pelton and her team oversee the company intranet, CRM, awards and rankings, social media, public relations, and all corporate and project events, including beam-raisings, groundbreaking ceremonies, and ribboncuttings. She also leads PROCON’ s philanthropic initiatives.

Samiotes Expands Ownership Team
Framingham, MA – Samiotes Consultants announced the expansion of its ownership team and a strategic leadership transition designed to strengthen the firm’ s longterm stability and growth.
Dan Fleming, Stephen Powers and Claudia Ponce de León have joined existing owners Chuck Samiotes, Stephen Garvin and Despina Samiotes as new shareholders in the firm. This milestone reflects the significant contributions each has made to Samiotes and reinforces a thoughtful plan for continuity, stewardship, and future leadership.

Under his leadership, the team has taken on increasingly complex public and institutional projects while maintaining a culture of open communication and shared accountability.

She will now step into the executive role of chief strategy officer, becoming the firm’ s youngest owner while continuing in her current technical and management positions. In this expanded role, she will focus on long-term market growth, strategic partnerships, financial performance, and workforce planning to support the firm’ s continued evolution.
