ReArch Hires Two, Promotes Two
South Burlington, VT – ReArch Construction announced the addition of two new team members and the promotion of two of the firm’ s leaders.
ReArch welcomes Steve DeVries as project manager and Shawn Williams as estimating coordinator. DeVries brings more than 15 years of construction management experience, including oversight of complex projects nationwide. Williams supports the estimating team through bid documentation, project setup, contract preparation, take-offs, buyouts, and subcontractor coordination.
Eric Madison has been promoted to senior superintendent and Majken Poley has been promoted to project manager II. BW Kennedy & Co. Promotes Krocke
Arlington, MA – BW Kennedy & Co. recently announced the promotion of Nathan Krocke to director of project management.
Formerly a senior project manager, Krocke has more than 10 years of experience overseeing complex construction projects, including nine years with BW Kennedy & Co. His portfolio includes largescale new construction projects such as Commonwealth Fusion Systems’ magnet manufacturing facility in Devens, as well as tenant improvement projects for clients
Two Join Weston & Sampson

Dorosh has over 35 years of transportation experience across the public and private sectors, including more than 28 years with the Connecticut Department of Transportation as division chief of both Highway Design and Facilities & Transit. He has led and delivered transportation projects encompassing highways and roadways, rail infrastructure and stations, highway maintenance facilities, and environmental compliance projects. He brings an owner’ s perspective to transportation and infrastructure projects with a strong emphasis on responsiveness and understanding clients’ needs.
