For more than three decades, Griffin Electric has offered an in-house Apprenticeship Training Program as a debtfree alternative to traditional schooling. This four-year program is approved at the federal and state levels and takes place on-site at the company’ s Holliston, Mass,. headquarters and each of its Southeast regional offices in Pelham, AL; Doraville, GA; Charlotte and Raleigh-Durham, NC.

Griffin apprentices earn excellent compensation and receive full benefits while undergoing 600 classroom hours and gaining 8,000 hours of practical field experience under the supervision of a licensed journeyperson. Griffin Electric welcomes individuals from all backgrounds to join its Apprenticeship Training Program and take their first step into the trades, while also supporting each employee throughout their career journey.
