Redgate Delivers Outpatient Cancer Center

Attleboro, MA— Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Sturdy Health have opened a new outpatient clinic in Attleboro, offering expanded medical oncology and hematology care for patients in Southern Massachusetts. Dana-Farber operates the ambulatory cancer clinic within the newly constructed Sturdy Health Specialty Care Building on the Sturdy Health campus. Redgate served as development manager.
The center has 10 exam rooms and 17 infusion bays. In addition to medical oncology, hematology care, and infusion, the clinic offers genetic counseling, clinical trials, nutrition guidance, social work support, and other supportive services.

Renovation Underway on Wingate Residences at Pleasant Bay

Brewster, MA— Wingate Living is underway on a renovation of the Wingate Residences at Pleasant Bay, the 59-apartment independent and assisted living community. Wingate held an open house last week to unveil newly renovated residences.
The transformation will touch all 59 independent and assisted living apartments, along with the community’ s dining room, pub, movie theater, fitness center, and shared spaces. The residences are open and accepting new residents.
Elizabeth Markel of Markel Interiors is leading the design. Markel, whose portfolio spans Cape Cod, Nantucket, and
Julie Decoteau Martha’ s Vineyard to New York, Los Angeles, Palm Beach, London, and Paris, seeks to create a space connected to its Cape Cod setting while bringing a fresh
Devon Gallivan approach to senior
living. The project represents Wingate’ s investment in senior living on Cape Cod, with spaces designed to support its LiveWell philosophy of holistic wellness.
Wingate also introduced two additions to the Pleasant Bay leadership team at the open house. Julie Decoteau, RN, DNP, CADL, joins as executive director, and Devon Gallivan joins as marketing director. Both bring senior living experience and ties to the Cape Cod community.
