Located at 339 Boston Post Road, the development features three residential buildings with a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, each with a private outdoor deck or at-grade patio. The design embraces a traditional aesthetic with an earthy material palette, blending urban sophistication with natural elements to create a welcoming retreat from the ordinary urban lifestyle. Amenities include a fully equipped fitness center, a club lounge, a resort-style outdoor pool deck, covered parking garages, a dedicated dog park, and nearby walking trails.

“It’s been a pleasure collaborating with the Procopio Team on this project,” said Mark Pelletier, principal at Maugel DeStefano Architects. “From the well-appointed apartments to the extensive amenities, every element was designed with residents in mind. We’re proud to deliver a community that genuinely enriches daily life for everyone who calls Vesa home.”
