Milford, NH – Hitchiner Manufacturing Co., Inc. hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony to mark the opening of its new 57,000sf Shared Services Operations facility, completing the company’s Elm Street Campus and signaling the next phase of its long-term growth strategy.
The new facility, designed and built by PROCON’s fully integrated design-build team, consolidates value-added services previously spread across several buildings. Bringing these operations together improves workflow efficiency, enhances quality control, and supports Hitchiner’s expanding aerospace and commercial programs.

The Shared Services Operations building completes Hitchiner’s Elm Street Campus, which now supports the full value stream for finished investment-casting-based aerospace components. The integrated structure allows the company to respond more quickly to customer needs and advances its long-term growth strategy in global markets. Design features in the building support safety, collaboration, and operational flexibility, providing space that can adapt to Hitchiner’s evolving equipment and technology requirements.
