As we head into 2026, the conversations we’ re having across the energy and infrastructure markets reflect a noticeable shift. After a long stretch of uncertainty, clients are focusing on the same critical questions. Are stalled projects ready to move again? Will the workforce be in place to keep pace? And will evolving regulations help accelerate the work our region urgently needs?
From our vantage point, there are encouraging signs. Many projects are beginning to move with clearer timelines and firmer commitments, and our teams are preparing for a far more active year
ahead. Workforce readiness continues to be a central theme, and at BOND Civil & Utility Construction we’ ve been investing in targeted recruiting, training, and strategic resource planning so we can meet the scale and complexity of what’ s coming.
