Norwood, MA – Maugel DeStefano Architects announced the firm is designing a new passive house residential community in Norwood for developer Panther Residential Management.

The 25 East Hoyle Street development will include 132 units made up of a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, each designed with large windows to maximize natural light, spacious layouts with generous kitchen

areas, and walk-in closets. Select units will also include private balconies extending the living areas. It is located directly across from the Norwood train station and in close proximity to the downtown area.

Amenities include a lobby and on-site staff, leasing office, resident lounge with fireplace and kitchen, private work-fromhome rooms, a large fitness center, dog grooming station, outdoor patio with grilling areas, and surface parking. The

Project team members include Bohler Engineering, civil; H + O Structural Engineering, structural; Petersen Engineering, MEP / Passive House; SOCOTEC, Passive House verifier; and SLS Consulting, code.

Groundbreaking is anticipated in spring 2026, with first residents expected to move in by the end of 2027.
